NOTICE OF OFFICES TO BE VOTED ON

I, Shannon Wragge, Pierce County Clerk hereby give notice of the offices to be filled by election that will appear on the 2010

Election Cycle in Pierce County, Nebraska.    Notice is also given that the filing deadlines for such offices are: February 16,

2010 at 4:30 p.m. for incumbents and March 1, 2010 at 4:30 p.m. for non-incumbents.    An incumbent is anyone serving in an

elective office, even if it is not the office for which they are filing.

Offices voted only in the General Election.  Their filing deadline is July 15, 2010 at 4:30 p.m. for

incumbents and August 2, 2010 at 5:00 p.m. for non-incumbents.  The definition of an incumbent is the same as above.
